Really nice!
The bowls look just like they are shown. They are smaller than I expected but that's just what I had in my mind. They still serve my purpose of putting dal, chutney or snacks. They look quite nice to serve to guests compared to plastic or melamine ones. In fact, I ordered another hand painted set of 2 bigger bowls mainly for snacks. Same theme so they go well together. They are thick and not delicate - they will break if you drop them but they won't slip out of your hands - if you know what I mean. The packing was extra extra bubble wrapped :) Go for it!

Design looks good but useles for serving soup!
I actually liked the design but for serving soup the bowls are definitely too small. You can only eat the soup with a teaspoon!

Adore these beautiful bowls! The design and artwork are stunning, and the packaging was so solid that everything arrived perfectly intact—no breakages whatsoever. Getting six of these gorgeous, indigenous, hand-made bowls for just 999 was an amazing deal. I absolutely love these!
