Are these made in china?

My glasses are leaking and water has got in between the 2 layers. What can I do about this please?

Mine have also leaked internally, though 30 months since purchase. I suspect the dishwasher cycle has finally taken its toll but I will be buying more of the same as they fulfilled all purposes expected of them...
