Very easy to use but do read the instructions first, comfortable and value for money if you compare with the cost of a physio therapist, who actually use these on patients.

Well worth the money and effort but you do need to be disciplined about setting time on one side.An update a year down the line. I think that these should be advertised more widely. The results get better after time as you can tolerate a much higher input on the dial after a while. My GP referred me to a clinic for stress incontinence but they poopooed using the Kegel because they wanted me to learn how to do pelvic floor exercises on my own but with two difficult and traumatic births behind me, I couldn't really managed to clinch my muscles on my own. Now I can feel the muscles really well and whilst it hasn't entirely cured the "only when I cough" syndrome it is 98% better. Now I just use the maintenance setting (no.8) occasionally and find I can do pelvic floor exercises when I am siting or driving with no problems. It will also improve your sex life in that it brings sensitivity back. Just one note though - unless you already have really good pelvic floor muscles you will need to lie down or sit as it is uncomfortable to move around.

I purchased this as I was finding I had to start running to the toilet if I had anything to drink, or thought of having any liquid. I was starting to plan my day around making sure I could stop off home to go to my own toilet. It was getting awkward and after a couple of marathon sprints from the car I'd had enough. I did a little research after having had the manual version may years ago I was predisposed toward this brand of female toners. I have used it since 25th of July I missed only 2 days. I have already found i have greater control, my stress incontinence was triggered at the sight of home the toilet drinks and I have tested myself and found if I concentrate on using my muscles I can control it. The added bonus is sex is better with mush less stimulation. I think it's well worth the money. It has no loud sounds to worry about if you want to wear it whilst doing things around other's. The only thing is the bright light on the unit unless covered in a thicker fabric will be visible. I am happy with my purchase.

I have used this exactly as directed . Caused me pain and significant problems that caused me to visit the GP.

Only a few weeks in so not awarded full 5 stars. I have noticed some improvement but going to be a long process but only time will tell. Easy to use and not unpleasant and a lot easier than constantly doing pelvic floor exercises all day long.

It works great. But it's broken already disappointed 😥 I will order it again and see how long this one last

Using it now for 8 months (I missed some days but not a lot, for various reasons) and have noticed an improvement but progress is much slower than I had expected and I still experience some problems. I will continue to use it in the hope I continue to make further progress.
