I've noticed my skin feels firmer and more radiant after using this mask for a few weeks. The red light and infrared combination is powerful and the 4 modes offer good versatility. The silicone is soft and comfortable. The strap is not very secure, it slips off my head if I move around too much. I have to lie down while using it, which is fine but not ideal if I want to multitask. The remote control is easy to use, and the charging cable is adequate.

Ottimo prodotto, materiale non pesante. Unica nota stonata la batteria che fa da batteria ma anche da regolazione dei led che ha un cavo un po scomoda da portare dietro… ma ho risolto con un borsello e posso utilizzare il prodotto anche durante le faccende domestiche. Consigliato.

After 2 weeks of use the battery stopped working. It would not charge or turn on. I tried using many different chargers and it still won't charge anymore. There's no charging indicator light at all anymore. Replacement is not possible with the company. Had to contact amazon support to try and arrange a replacement which they were kind enough to price match since it cost more now than when I got the item. Quite a lot of hustle to arrange a replacement and disappointing that the battery stops working within 2 weeks of use, especially for the price of the product.

I did quite a bit of shopping before choosing a red light mask because I already own several light therapy devices and generally knew what I was looking for. I’m familiar with Hello Face from one of their smaller red light pads, and I also own their larger arch that I love using when I have time to lie underneath it. What I wanted this time was something more mobile without giving up the features I care about. I was also able to find published irradiance information for this mask outside of the Amazon listing, which was important to me when comparing devices rather than choosing based on the number of LEDs or colors alone. The fit has been excellent for me. The mask sits just a few millimeters away from my skin rather than pressing directly against my face, and I actually prefer that because my skin is reactive and prone to redness. It feels spacious inside while still staying secure enough that I can get up and walk around. The eye blockers are also fantastic. I can sit on the couch, look at my phone or watch TV without being surrounded by red glare, and I get plenty of airflow through the breathing holes. I wear the strap fairly snug, so I sometimes get a tiny temporary crease between my eyebrows, but loosening it solves that. Coverage is generous too, extending from below my chin to above my hairline. I’ve been consistent with it for about a month now, and lately my routine has been 10 minutes of infrared/red followed by 10 minutes of amber. The first thing I noticed was how smooth my skin feels afterward. When I apply serum and moisturizer after a session, I can physically feel a difference with my fingertips. With continued use, my overall redness has become much easier to keep under control and I’m starting to see the lines across my forehead soften. I look at red light therapy a lot like exercise: consistency is part of the deal. I’m not expecting permanent results from using a mask occasionally, so this has become something I genuinely make time for. There are four modes: red/infrared, amber, blue, and a combined red and blue mode. That is plenty for me. I don’t the whole rainbow of colored LEDs just so a mask can advertise seven different colors. The manual actually identifies the wavelengths being used and explains the intended purpose of each mode, and the device is FDA cleared. The rechargeable controller plugs into the mask with a cord long enough that I can tuck the controller into a pocket and walk around hands-free. The inside LED arrangement is also interesting, with the lights arranged in circular groupings and distributed throughout the mask for good coverage. Afterward, I just wipe down the interior with a baby wipe and it’s ready for the next session. The whole thing feels well made, down to the professional, gift-ready box and quick-start card explaining the modes. I still use my Hello Face arch when I want the higher-output setup and don’t mind being stationary, but this mask is the one I reach for when I want to multitask. After a month of consistent use, that convenience has probably become one of its biggest advantages because a red light device only helps me if I actually use it. I think Hello Face has hit a really nice balance between cost, design, and quality here. I’ve tried more expensive light therapy devices that haven’t impressed me nearly as much, and this feels like a hidden gem in a category where spending more definitely doesn’t always mean getting more.
