When I first opened this order I was extremely surprised. The TOP-EX UVCoolix flat brim hat is beautiful! I have never owned a hat that makes my big head feel small. It is designed to come in regular, large and extra large. I ordered the L/XL and love the fit. It is made from a super soft mesh material and has a thick amd tall one piece padded sweatband that goes all the way to the snap size adjustment strap. The front and top is a ridgid 2 piece horizontal panel that hold true to its form. The brim is a soft gray material underneath but the top pattern that matches the cap panel is a oil and water, and stain proof material unlike anything I have seen on a hat before. They call it "Tri-Proof"... and it is really a wonder to me. I wish I knew it existed... it is awesome. Most hats don't last me more than 6 months of daily use before they look used and abused with sweat stains and shrinkage from all day in the sun, but this actually has a 1 year guarantee. I look forward to the challenge. The hat is super breathable and lightweight, but most importantly, looks and feels great. I really think I have found a new favorite hat brand, and the camo looks incredible. I cannot recommend this enough for anyone who has a large head and never felt hats fit properly. These come in big man sizes, and can definitely handle big man work days. If it lasts through this year's fishing season, it will have achieved what I thought the impossible... but I think this one is up to the challenge. My last expensive everyday outdoor specialty hat only lived 7 months before it looked like a chewed up dog toy. Definitely will be a return customer, and they have a few other designs that look just as awesome! For the price, you can't beat a hat with a 1 year guarante of survival. That's a long time for an everyday use hat, especially one thats rain and stain proof!

I really like the breathable material and sweatband that this hat features. The cooling sweatband do a good job managing moisture in hot weather and makes the fit better. The flat bill gives it a modern look, while the adjustable snapback ensures a good fit. The waterproof fabric really works well and will ensure durability. Its comfortable and a great value considering the extra cooling sweatband and waterproof features.

This is a nice cooling hat! It’s good quality and comfortable. My partner said it will be good for the spring and summer. I think it looks really nice on him. I got the larger size for him and it fits very well. I feel that this hat is kind of expensive though. It does look really cool though. We like that it’s water-resistant for his workouts. I’m giving this product 4 out of 5 stars due to what I feel is a high cost. I’ve attached a few pics of him wearing it, without his face showing for privacy.

I got this hat so I don't destroy my other one with more sweat stains. The weather was warm, so I had no choice but to wear a lighter hat. It's the first time I tried using this hat, and immediately, the first thing I noticed was how light it was. Most of the time, with other hats they can feel bulky or tight, but this one is just right. The sweat band also works, and it didn't feel soggy. I think the reason this would work is the little ventilation holes on the side of the hat where u can feel wind in the hat. I usually wear a medium to large, and it adjusted really easily. I splashed some water on it to see how it would work, and it took a while to soak in. One last thing is that if you like a higher crown or flat bill style, this hat is not for you. It has a more structured look, which I honestly like, but it's not the more relaxed dad hat vibe. I've even used it going to the gym once, and it didn't overheat, and it didn't feel heavy.

The functionality is spot on for active use, though the sizing is something to watch out for. I opted for the M/L, but in my experience, it fits more like an extra large. Because of that generous size, it might look a bit oversized if you have a smaller head or a slimmer face. I included a photo next to a standard M/L 39thirty for scale to show just how much roomier this one is. Despite the larger fit, it’s a solid, stylish piece of gear that performs well.

This hat is top notch quality. It has just the right mix of structure to give it shape but airiness to help stay cool on a warm summer day. The upper fabric area is a soft, perforated cotton/rayon type fabric that is ver soft and comfortable to wear. The stitching on the hat is consistent and sharp looking. This hat is definitely priced right for the quality of the hat. The bill is a crisp, straight bill that provides enough cover to provide shade from the sun. The underside of the bill is a light-colored contrasting fabric which elevates the look of this hat. The snaps in the back are easy to snap together and stay attached when worn.
