I am so happy with this product! This laptop is way better than any other laptops. It weighs so light, its battery life is so good, Colour is so damn pretty and Its metal look gives it a classy finishing. Overall its highly recommended product

Great product, very light and portable. Amazing screen and speakers. Product ships from US though so comes with American plug, also unsure if this product is covered under Huawei warranty in Australia. Had buzzed the seller to enquire but disappointingly they never replied.

Ordinateur vraiment au top. Super alternative aux MacBook Pro, puissant avec une carte graphique dédiée je pense qu'on peut très difficilement trouver mieux en rapport qualité-prix dans cette gamme de produit. Un très bon investissement je l'ai depuis plus d'un an j'ai eu un souci de surchauffe avec le processeur mais en rajoutant un peu de pâte thermique je n'ai plus eu aucun problème.

This is definitely beautifully designed and manufactured laptop with great specs at the fraction of price comparing to Apple product. Did extended research before purchase, a bit sceptical about producer and the recent troubles in the USA and the touchpad buttons but the product proved to be high quality and it is attention grabber. Very light and of small footprint, with gorgeous high resolution touch screen and vivid colours, this laptop is one of the nicest I have seen.

Super laptop. Better than Asus 3 and $1,000 cheaper. I'm not too fond of C type USB - Very easily damaged!!

On paper and in reading "professional" reviews this laptop should have been decent, the design and profile are ergonomically pleasing which it should be after the concept was heavily "borrowed" from Apple. With the Huawei engineering group reaping all the borrowed technicalities from Apple their job would seem to be quite easy which is to simply make the device dependable and offer back up and service. Within one month the keys failed to operate while working overseas I then had to purchase an external keyboard to be able to use this device for my work and photo editing. Upon returning home I contacted the seller and Huawei Canada to have the laptop replaced or repaired, Huawei Canada conveniently stated the laptop was not warrantied in Canada even though the seller stated it was. I returned the laptop express to the seller at my expense, the Amazon "seller" replaced it with another even though I requested my money to be returned as when working overseas having a laptop fail is more than an inconvenience. The new laptop arrived slow mail two days before I flew out for work again, the seller assured me of this new laptop's dependability. Within two weeks the same keyboard failures were repeated this time at least I had the external keyboard with me to use, which defeats the portability of this device, but at least I could use it. After extensive travels overseas I returned home to request a full return of my money and sent the laptop back to the seller, the seller reneged only offering to repair the laptop. Weeks later the laptop was again shipped back to me slow mail during a postal strike, it reached me two days before flying out, I knew I could not trust this device and wisely chose to purchase a Taiwanese built Asus from a highly reputable brick and mortar store in Calgary. The new Asus and my partners Acer both perform perfectly under all the same travel conditions that the Huawei's miserably failed in. Avoid Huawei laptops like the plague, ensure to buy only from reputable sellers operating real stores that carry proper warranties for these expensive products.
