I have purchased three boxes of these incense sticks and while my last experience was very good, the package which I received this time had the following problems. The incense sticks delivered are damp because every time we light them, they tend to go off on their own. Each incense stick needs to be lit at least four times or sometimes five. Perhaps this is because of the weather, but I think the manufacturer should take responsibility for dispatching such moist or damp incense sticks.

Horrible fragrance! It smells nothing like frankincense and myrrh to me, it smells strongly of agarbatti/incense instead. Christians looking for an authentic frankincense and myrrh fragrance may be disappointed, unless you actually enjoy an agarbatti type scent. Unfortunately, the fragrance makes me nauseous, so this was a complete miss for me.
