Works for my lemon tree
Large mat with constant warming feature. No ability to regulate, but it doesn’t get my roots above 75° so that’s fine with me.

Good heat mat. Recommend
Once i find a product and or vendor I like, I tend to stick with them. I previously purchased Epic Gardening's grow light kit and was impressed with the product. I needed a heat mat, so I purchased one from their store. The mat fits perfectly into the grow light kit tray and the 1020 trays that they sell. The heat mat worked perfectly and cut my seed germination time in half as expected. Only thing I could see to make it better would be an adjustable thermostat, but the heat it produced was perfectly fine.
