BAD addition!
MISERY is that word Part of the functions is acting as a "gut cleaner". For me---diarrhea was a 3 am. very unpleasant surprise!! This was the only addition to my food intake so it was the cause of the gastric trauma. Adding to the bad experience---I have 2 bottles and do not know what to do with it! I certainly will NOT take anymore!! Nor will I poison the Earth in disposing of same. Not a terrific dietary item!

Taste great and are effective
These actually taste good! Was pleasantly surprised on the taste. They're easy to chew and they seem to have helped a lot and seem effective; my energy levels have been good on these. A lot of good ingredients and no side effects. I think the value is worth the cost.
