Mainboard ATX 24 Pin Adapter 90 Degree 24 Pin Male to Female Power Supply Adapter for Computer Cases,Motherboard,etc

Mostly just for aesthetics, but allows for an angled 24pin motherboard power supply connection. With this installed, it allows a more cleaner look to your build by better hiding of the largest cable in the case. Installation is simple as you just need to attach the adapter to the 24pin motherboard power cable. Make sure your PC is fully powered down first of course. Creates a very clean look to your build if needed. Pricing is a bit high compared to alternatives, but this one works without issue. Overall, makes for a great mod to clean up a build.

Tested this on my white PSU build, and it does work. There's actually no latch for the 24-pin on the motherboard but there is a latch for the 24-pin that connects to the PSU cable. Build quality is fine, not great but not terrible. Unless if you actually need a 90 degree bend for your build (either for cable management or space constraints with your case), at the time of this review this thing is $11 which I honestly don't think is worth the money spent, but if you do need this 24-pin right angle adapter, it works fine

This adapter adds a 90 degree angle to your PC motherboard's ATX 24 pin power connector. It's ideal for PCs with side windows to help tidy up the massive and often unwieldy ATX 24 pin connector and cables, or for low-profile systems to reduce the height of the cable coming out of the motherboard which can obstruct airflow. It also helps reduce strain on the cables and connectors. Installation was very easy, it attached to both the cable and the motherboard connector securely. Once installed it looks unobstrusive, and works well with no power delivery issues. At £10.68 at the time of review it's a bit on the pricier side so I can't give it a full five star rating as there are numerous similar alternatives available for less. With a small price drop though, this is highly recommended.

Works perfectly in my blackout PC case. It sits just slightly "high" on the board, but that worked out perfectly to avoid some of board components, so no complaints here!

Bei beiden getesteten Mainboards, ASRock X870 PRO RS und einem CWWK W860, passte der Adapter problemlos und sicher in den entsprechenden Anschluss. Dadurch war vor allem in meinem NAS, mit dem CWWK Mainboard, eine ganz andere Kabelführung möglich, von daher ist das eine wirklich sinnvolle Ergänzung und noch mehr, wenn man sehr großen Wert auf Airflow legt. Der Preis ist noch in Ordnung, zur Zeit gibt es noch nicht viele Adapter dieser Art, von daher muss man das in Kauf nehmen - ich hab übrigens auch mit einem Infrarotthermometer geschaut, ob es eventuell ähnliche Probleme wie mit manchem 12Vhpwr Adapter gibt, aber da war absolut nichts zu entdecken.

Dieser Mainboard ATX 24 Pin Adapter mit 90 Grad Winkel kann den Airflow im Case verbessern oder vielleicht gefällt es einem so einfach besser damit die Kabel nicht in einer Kurve im Case hochstehen. Der Einbau war problemlos und hält auch sicher wie ich es von solchen Steckern/Buchsen erwarte. Sollte eigentlich auch bei so gut wie jedem Board nutzbar sein, da dieser Stecker ja im Normalfall immer ganz rechts auf dem Board ist und darum herum nichts hochsteht was stören könnte. Ich kann soviel sagen das der Adapter problemlos funktioniert und er wird auch nicht heiss... das ist heutzutage seit der 12VHP-Problemen ja immer auf dem Schirm. Der Preis geht gerade noch ok und somit kann ich den Adapter empfehlen wenn man ein Usecase dafür hat.

I got this to do a little cable management on my PC and really like the cleaner look not having the giant mobo power connector sticking out of the board. My only real gripe with this type of adapter is that it press fits onto the motherboard and is held in place by friction only, making it a bit more susceptible to popping out especially if the cables are bumped or the case is moved. Unfortunately because of the design I don't see how a clip to secure it could have been added so I can understand the limitation. I imagine the friction fit will vary in "tightness" depending on the board. On mine it's reasonably secure as long as the adapter isn't pulled on. MSRP seems a bit steep since it's just a passive adapter but if you like the clean look I recommend this.
