I am asian, who lives with fish sauces for life, and I inherited my mom's talent, who was a famous Asian chef. I hope that my taste & review of them may be valid: The Only product available to buy in a large size. Specifically, this product is the only one I found on Amazon that is NOT on the list of "may cause cancer" labels from the CA health warning. The quality is superb. If you do not use a lot, then try to purchase a smaller amount of this brand.

No added sugar. Just serious fish sauce. This is my third or fourth jug.

Good buy. Good for sauce and broth

I love the size of this fish sauce—it's just right. It retains that classic fish sauce aroma I'm used to from their smaller bottles, and the taste is spot-on delicious. As someone who uses fish sauce regularly, I appreciate having a larger quantity on hand without constantly needing to restock. However, my main critique is the plastic bottle. Mine arrived with a large dent, and I worry that if it were exposed to heat or got crushed, it could potentially leak or affect the flavor of the sauce.

I use this Fish in Everything. Within reason to compliment my dishes. I would like to get some Garum, which won't find that easily. The Italian fish sauces are much more Expensive. RED Boat is actually reasonably priced.

Great product. I wish they come in glass bottles. But I do love it and great for cooking different Korean dishes.
