How is the alignment? Is it off center or black edge overlapping the screen?

The black edges on the top overlap slightly. They don’t cover any of the screen functions like time or WiFi etc.. but they do ever so slightly cut off that perfect shape that was there before. It’s really just a very minor pet peeve though. It’s better than seeing the edge of the protector like most.

Does the screen protector cover the front sensor? or is there a cut out for the sensor? I can't tell from the photos.

This interferes with my proximity sensor. I couldn’t figure out why the screen wouldn’t go blank during a call. I kept pushing the mute button with my face accidentally and people couldn’t hear me. Once I took the screen protector off the proximity sensor worked. Sorry it wasn’t meant to be. I went with another brand that has a bigger cutout

How can i apply the warranty and who do i speak to?

The warranty, I believe, is automatically included. There is a card included with an email address on how to reach customer service for your warranty.

Will this fit both xs max and 11 pro max?

Ordered this for my 11 pro max and the screen protector fits but the alignment frame is a bit small for the 11 pro max. Guessing this is due to the frame is thicker from what I've seen on the web. It still works but you will have to force it on... it won't simply slide on. The frame for the normal 11 does simply slide on, no fuss on that one.

Superb one. Highly recommend

Best for iphone. Got it from US amazon for my new iphone 11 pro max. It fits perfectly, no bubbles and no issues with the proximity sensor touch sensitive like other said. Best thing it comes with 3 full set. Only one thing didn’t like the installation frame is bit tight and i scared to fit this as it may cause scratches. The should use rubber or hard silicone type Material instead of cheap plastic.
