It's american and made of 'aloominum'. But it's not loud, crass or overweight like anything else american.

Does what it says on the tin
Great quality product, feels really sturdy and has absolutely no problem transferring a raw pizza dough to the oven - no sticking, no tearing, just as you'd expect (after a light flour).Feels good in the hand and is just long enough to be useful without being unwieldy.My only problem would be the protective plastic on the top of the peel when delivered was riveted to the top which meant no matter how much you try and get it out there will be some plastic below the handle.Overall very happy.

after 6 years its invaluable to me.
I have had this pizza peel for 6 years and I use it almost daily. its one of those tools that is so useful that i keep it at hand and I don't even need to think about it anymore. pizza steel. pizza peel. how do people even function without it?
