Does this have holes for the screws

I recently received mine. No holes, but there was imprints where you should put a screw. But my husband still added more for reinforcement and to avoid spacing in certain areas of which we saw. For each screw qe used a large washer as well. Hi Hopefully this helps.

How do you put it on is it peel and stick

I used self tapping screws just make sure you mark on your bumper and line it up before you just drill it on!!!
