The description says 10-15 applications. Does that mean you can reapply on several occasions without using more liquid?

The applicator pad will hold a residual amount of NOTwax, but you still need to add 5-6 drops to the applicator each time the product is used.

What does the air temperature need to be to apply

The air temp doesn't matter. Just make sure you allow the base to thoroughly dry before putting the base on the snow or using the gear where Zardoz has been applied.

Will you see a visible film over the entire base of each ski when applying?

If your ski/snowboard baseis standard black and you clean them with base cleaner then yes you can see after applying there is a thin film on top of the base. If your bases are of any other color it might be difficult to tell.It works well in my case.

Can this be wiped on at the top of the mountain before a run (air temp ~50 degrees)?

If you are talking -50 degrees Fahrenheit, the snow would be very dry. For this product to be highly effective you will need snow that has high moisture. The snow temp closer to 32 degrees Fahrenheit and above is range were this product excels.
