PRODUCT DIMENSIONS are for the BOX... NOT the Paperclips!
The PRODUCT DIMENSIONS in the general description area are for the BOX... not the paperclips themselves. The paperclips themselves are totally fine, exactly what I paid for. But, it was my mistake for not looking at ALL of the product photos, so I didn't realize the paperclip itself was small. I ordered this pack thinking that the 2.81" x 1.8" was the size of the paperclip. It would be helpful for the seller to either specify the dimensions are for the packaging, AND/OR, add a second line that shows the paperclip dimensions as well. Obviously not everyone flips through every photo before making purchases, so it would be a helpful clarification. Thank you!

They are paperclips. They function like paperclips. The possibilities are endless. If you have chewing gum and a couple of these babies you'll be able to fix virtually anything! Or you could just use them like a paperclip... Great purchase if you want paperclips.
