Foldable Yoga Mat, Travel Exercise Mat for Yoga, Pilates & Home Workouts

Favorite!! Love love love this mat!! It folds with ease so I can take it with me to the various studios I practice. It is easy to wipe off and it’s cute lol

This mat is great for travel since it folds into a nice square for a duffel bag. I got it for my daughter and her only complaint was that it is too thin. She said that it functions just like any other mat, it’s nice that it folds for storage, but it’s too thin. I got her the pink one and I personally thought it was a nice dusty rose color.

This yoga mat is great! Came folded into a square which is amazing for storage purposes. The material is super durable and thick (see pictures attached) and it is easy to unfold and lay our and refold again after use. The color I got (grey ) is exactly as advertised (but the other color options are great too!) and it fit perfectly in our home gym - might even be slightly longer than your average yoga mat. I have used it multiple times a week for yoga / resistance workouts and it has held up very well and functions great. The price is also excellent for the quality of the material. Love how easy it is to store and how thick it is and would highly recommend!

My daughter has trained as a yoga instructor, so I asked her to evaluate this mat for me. She likes it because it is thick enough to be comfortable during yoga or home exercise, and has small grippers on the back that provide stability on flat surfaces. She especially likes the way it folds easily to be stored on a shelf or under a bed, and can fit in a tote or suitcase without the awkwardness of the ones that roll up. She did several poses, and the mat it did not move. She liked the slight texture on the top surface which kept it from feeling slippery, and said it appears well-made and durable. It can be cleaned with a damp rag, so maintenance of it is easy. The seller's website says the mat is made out of TPE. I had no idea what that meant, so searched it online. Apparently this type of material is a blend of plastics that give it extra durability and elasticity, as well as being recyclable and environmentally friendly. It can degrade from contact with some types of chemicals, so cleaning with a damp rag makes sense. The mat's durability was accidently tested by my cat and German shepherd walking across the surface, but their claws did no damage while walking. Unfortunately, my dog also decided to pounce on it, and his front claws did make noticeable but minor dents in it. If taken care of properly, this mat should last up to 3 years, so it seems a worthwhile value for this type of product.

I got this mat because I have a regular rolling one but I don’t use the full length of it. I use it for support of my upper body when I’m doing pushups and planks. Normally I have to fold the roll up mat in half or thirds to get enough thickness and ensure it doesn’t get in the way of my feet. So I got this mat instead and it did not disappoint! This mat opens to the size of a standard mat but easily folds into smaller, thicker, segments for more targeted support and workouts. The cushion is great, the design is great, it is slip resistant and comes in great colors. This is exactly what I was looking for as I wanted something I could easily fit in my gym bag and not have to buy a super thick rolling mat just for wrist support in pushups. This is an excellent value for the money and I would recommend!

This foldable yoga mat has a lot going for it — the material feels durable, with just the right amount of cushioning, and the textured surface is comfortable and supportive. It stayed firmly in place during use, with no slipping at all. The foldable design is a big plus. It’s easy to store and carry, and I’ll be keeping it in my travel kit for quick stretch sessions on the go. That said, the width is narrower than what I’d consider standard for a full yoga practice. For me, it works best for quick-break stretches or light use in smaller spaces, but not as my main mat. Overall, it’s a great option for travelers or anyone who needs a portable secondary mat, but probably not the best choice for serious, full-session yoga.

The mat arrived quickly and was well packaged. I chose the gray option and the color is just as pictured. It folds easily and stores neatly, which is one of the features I was most looking forward to. Although it’s marketed as a travel yoga mat, I actually purchased it for home gym use—and I’m glad I did. When folded, it’s bulky and square, making it a bit awkward to carry around compared to traditional rolled mats. However, it fits perfectly on standard gym shelving, which makes storage at home super convenient. What really stands out is the comfort. The mat is generously sized, especially in length, and the spongy texture provides excellent cushioning—perfect for harder surfaces like our home gym floor. Because it folds, it doesn’t lie completely flat during use, but it still offers great comfort and stability during stretches or low-impact exercises. It's also easier to clean than other mats I’ve owned, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s a great value for the price—comfortable, sturdy, and ideal for home workouts, even if it’s not the most travel-friendly option.

I am new to yoga and picked this mat for its portability. I like the way it folds into a 12” x 12” x 3” size. It is easy to slide into my bag. When folded out, it stretches out to 2’ x 6’, which is a little narrow but plenty long. I appreciate being able to fold up parts of it for extra padding on kneeling exercises. It was warmer than the floor, for which I was thankful! I personally would like a little thicker cushion, but it makes a good portable exercise mat.

It’s a great yoga mat. Very convenient. I can just fold it and put in my tote bag. Very good for smaller condos when you don’t want a large tube you have nowhere to put. The quality is good for the price (non slip is good)

One of the best yoga mats out there, easy to carry and very light.

Portable, but a bit slippery. Traction isn’t great

I returned it. The mat itself is good, but wouldn’t fit in my already quite full luggage.

Very comfortable for my back support
