It's a useable collar but it's not high quality, I dont think its proper leather, more like a composite and it has a pungent smell to it. the fitting hardware is nice but the discs are just held on with simple screws and no thread lock so only time until they fall out. It looks nice and is fairly comfortable with good neck support.

This collar is great suppel but firm. It looks great on my dog.

True to size

This product is terrible !!! I bought it for my son's dog and one of studs have come out of the collar at the fold over edge where it is meant to be secured to the leash.

This is a beautifully made dog collar, using real leather it is nice and thick making it strong and suitable even for larger dogs (like mine). The leather is about an inch wide where the quality buckle and lead ring are located, but widens on the other side to nearly 2 inches which makes it not only look substantial, but also makes it more comfortable for your dog to wear. The collar is further decorated with a couple of 'medallions', a good feature here is that unlike some collars with studs or whatever there is no flattened metal on the inside of the collar which could irritate your dogs skin. So the makers have thought about this and the comfort factor. While this collar is adjustable with a number of fastening holes in it you should ensure you measure your dogs neck and purchase the one that has the correct size it its range - there are various options available with different measurement ranges as it would be a shame to get one too big and have to make extra holes which may compromise the fit/robustness of the collar. Overall a well designed and crafted collar well worth the money.

Well made and protective collar for your dog. The wide front protects the throat to some extent from pulls and tugs when out walking if a harness is not a good option. My dog is a small/medium poodle and the small-medium collar does not fit him. I had to punch two extra holes but then the wide part does go through the buckle and so it cant be used. His neck isnt smaller than a whistler dog or similar so double check the sizing when you do buy.
