These are a constant repurchase during sick season. Every time someone gets a sniffle we pop these immediately and it really seems to help lessen the length of the cold and the severity. Easy to pop out and the kids don’t mind the taste. We have experienced zero side effects. A staple in our medicine cabinet!

I always keep a pack of these on hand. The second one of my kids starts sneezing, sniffling, or saying their throat feels “weird,” I start them on these right away. I’ve been using Nature’s Way Kids Umcka Cold + Flu shortening tablets for a while now, and I genuinely feel like they help shorten the length of their colds. When we catch it early, the symptoms don’t seem to drag on as long, and that makes a huge difference in our house. They’re easy for my kids to take, and I like having something I can reach for immediately instead of feeling like I’m just waiting it out. It’s become one of those things I automatically restock because when you have kids, you know how fast school germs spread.

This was a lot easier for my kids to take than the liquid form. They kept complaining about the taste to the liquid for. I have three boys so I had a lot of disappointment faces. I don't know how we stumbled upon this stuff but having used it for over two years now, I am a believer! I don't entirely know what it is but if you take it when the cold first starts it keeps it from turning into a long, miserable experience. My three kids have noticed and ask for them as soon as they start feeling sick. I tell everyone that I know about these magic tablets. They have an adult version as well. The brand also makes a variety that is in little packets that you mix with hot water for a warm lemon beverage that feels so soothing when you're feeling under the weather.

This stuff is great, but the "Kids Care" version is JUST A LABEL at a higher cost. The only difference is that it doesn't have one of the secondary ingredients (ethyl alcohol). EVERYTHING else (active ingredient, inactive ingredients, dosage recommendations) is identical to the regular Umcka Cold Care, which is WAY CHEAPER! Totally fell for a "caring parent" marketing trick. Not cool, Umcka.
