A great bag. I use these to upcycle with embroidery.

This is a plain Jute/Cotton mix bag, with no logo or pattern, but is machine washable. The handles are solid and the right length to go over the shoulder, although not so long it's awkward to carry in your hand. It's well put together and has a decent capacity - it's not like a tote back with two pieces of fabric stitched together, it was a proper bottom! There is also an inner zipped pocket of a generous size that you could use for purse/keys/mobile if you wanted to use this as an oversized handbag. The main compartment also has a zip fastening if you need to carry items more securely.Overall it's a little of the pricey side and probably a bit too big to fold down to squeeze into your handbag, but it's solid, washable and environmentally friendly, so a lot going for it.

This is a really handy and very strong bag that is very useful for carrying things. As it takes a lot of weight (up to 20kg), is a good size and has a zipper top, my wife had found it ideal for going shopping around town. The fact that it’s plain and not covered in logos or patterns is really nice, and it’s so well-made that it should last a long time. Very good.

Pleasantly surprised at the design and quality of this Eono essentials range bag. Made with 50% cotton and 50% jute it is machine washable (on cold), biodegradable, and the fabric has a toughness about it that feels reassuring enough to believe it could easily handle the 20kg weight that the blurb says it can! I possibly won’t be testing that out as it is only a shoulder bag and that is a lot of weight for a single shoulder to bear. Still, it’s good to know.The bag is plain, and a creamy off-white colour. Simply fashioned with reinforced stitching on the handles. It fits perfectly over my shoulder and is comfortable to carry. I really like the addition of the zipped inner pocket which is large enough to carry my long purse and pop mobile phone and car keys in for separate safekeeping (and it could hold quite a bit more besides should you wish). There is also a zip at the top of the bag although due to the design it does not completely ‘secure’ the bag and there is a gap at each end.So far I have used this as a shopping bag and for carrying sports clothes, trainers and sundries. It will also easily accommodate larger items such as clipboards, A3 sized books, and a laptop computer - all things I sometimes need to transport around - and it's nice to have something that can be relied upon to handle both bulk and weight. It’s a really useful, versatile all-round bag that I am certain I am always going to be reaching for.

I have several different bags from Amazon's brilliant Eono range and they are all really well made and super practical. This 50 % jute 50% cotton tote bag is no exception. The fabric is thick and a chunky weave making it very durable, and the handles are strong wide cotton webbing. It is very spacious and has an inner pocket. The zips are also chunky, made of plastic with metal tabs, there is one to zip up the top of the bag and a smaller one to close the inner pocket. The pocket zip came off it's runner the 1st time I used it, but zipping it back the other way, it immediately righted itself and hasn't done it again, so it might have been caused by how it was folded in transit. I'm especially pleased that it is machine washable which will be a must with the unbleached cotton coloured one. Because it folds down to fit in my handbag, it is an invaluable shopping aid, but my daughter loves the look of it, and wants to use it for sleepovers, so we'll be fighting over it! At first glance, the price may seem a bit high, but now I have used it, I do think it's worth it as it is such good quality fabric and so well stitched, I can tell it will last for years.

A useful bag that I’m using when out on a days shopping. Has a zip pocket inside and along the top of it but tend to use this not with my purse in but just to put any shopping in. Big size but not too big for going over my shoulder for easy carrying. Also using it for throwing stuff into for a day out and not wanting to overload handbag but put extra bits needed for journey into it.I love the natural feel and colouring if it. However son has asked are those marks on it part of pattern or dirty marks. Just the way it’s made with the jute. But too bulky though for putting into another bag. Useful for loads of things for me just as easy go to bag to grab and know it’s strong enough and no hurt shoulders from the straps as they are wider than a lot and comfortable. Small label with the brand name on it nothing big or brash about it.

Nice strong bag, lovely colour a bit of an off white colour as advertised very strong and perfect for the summer especially going on trips or going to the beach. Its big as well so big enough to carry a fair few things with you on your trip and very well made not some thin thing inside it well made throughout. I was a little skeptical about this but the quality is there and I am very happy with it.

A really robust and strong shopping bag. Plastic-free fabric. Made with a 50/50 mix of jute and cotton, the only plastic being the nylon zips. The bag has a zip at the top, as well as a zipped pocket inside. The cream colour will go with anything. Washing instructions say wash cold using non bleach detergent. Washed in machine with a gentle fabric detergent, on cold. 800 spin. Came out very creased, but confident the creases will ease as the bag is used. No logos or printing on the bag, just a tiny exterior label. Well designed, handles just the right length. Stitching between the handles and the bag feels really secure. Delivered in compostable cellophane wrapper. Lovely item. Highly recommended.
