Love this tool!
My favorite gardening tool right now for trimming and cutting shrubs, limbs and woody stems. But watch those fingers, bc this tool is strong!!! Makes my trimming job WAY easier and doable myself (Iโm a small framed female and 5โ2โ). My first tool had an issue, but the company quickly responded and sent me a replacement, which I appreciate very much. I even bought one for my mom, who is an avid gardener in her 70s. Works great and just as described - easy to put together

Practical
Very good product, it's very practical. It's battery based which means there's no need for a cable. The extention is very comfortable, it reaches less accessible places. It's not too heavy so the weight doesn't tire your arms. It's very good for the price.

Highly recommend
When I removed the chainsaw, there was an issue with the oil tank fill neck, it was broken. I had posted a review about it, not 24hrs later a representative named Alice reached out to correct this issue, even offering a refund! I liked all the items that came but needed the chainsaw, a new chainsaw was mailed at no cost. I highly recommend this product and company, they stand behind their products.

Pruner on the pole started cutting without pulling the trigger!!!
The pruner cut well while on the pole for about 10 cuts then it just stopped. I let it rest and it worked again for another 5-6 cuts then it started cutting several times without me even pulling the trigger then it stopped again. The hedger worked well but I agree, now, with another review in that it felt like a cheaply made hedger. I need both a pruner and hedger with an extension pole, so I returned this for a replacement. I'll give it another try and hope for the best. If I'm still unhappy, I'll just get a refund and move on.

Excellent tool! Itโs helping us a lot specially with spring/summer season when the grass grows so fast. The battery helps, with a huge backyard itโs an extra help
