I love this carrier. Opened it up and was very impressed with the look of it and the instructions that came with it. Makes learning to use the carrier “dummy proof”. They also have awesome videos to help learn to adjust and get babies in/out. The waistband is sturdy and has a pocket on each carrier that is the perfect size to hold the zip off part so I don’t have to worry about losing it while in “air mode”. Also liked how the hoods roll up and are easily tucked until you need them. Babies are comfortable, I feel very balanced and don’t feel any discomfort after wearing for long periods of time. Has a wide range of adjustability so my husband and I can both wear. I was also VERY happy the second set of straps make it so we can wear them as singles when we are out.

I have been babywearing since my first was born in 2014 and have owned a variety of carriers. When I discovered I was having twins, I just planned on using two carriers I already owned. However, once my babies were large enough to tandem in said carriers, the bulkiness of overlapping shoulder straps and thick waistbands made tandem babywearing super uncomfortable and unenjoyable. Babywearing is a necessity to me, as I spend a good portion of my days ferrying my older children to and from school and running errands and need something fast and easy to stay hands-free. So, I looked for another solution and found it in the TwinGo. I opted for the TwinGo Air as I live in an area with high heat and humidity in the summertime and spend a lot of time outdoors. I found the lighter-weight structure, as well as the mesh panels, made for a much more all-around comfortable babywearing experience in warmer temps. I appreciate how the panels are removeable with the mesh underlay, so that you can transition into cooler seasons with the same carrier. The instruction manual provides clear and concise directions with multiple carrying arrangements, so getting a comfortable fit that works best for me and my babies is pretty effortless. I will be using this carrier almost daily until my twins outgrow it or no longer want to be worn, and I am beyond grateful for how much easier it makes wrangling four kids 4 and under. Hands down, I will reach for my TwinGo Air over my other carriers or double stroller every time.

I have 1-year-old twins and have been tandem carrying them since they were 7.5 months old. We have a TwinGo original and now the air. We love both! We especially love the big pockets on the original model and I was a little nervous purchasing the air since I’d be losing my big pockets, but there is a pocket on the waistband big enough for an iPhone plus and there is a strap on the shoulder pad to hook keys! I am amzaed at how satisfied I am with my TwinGo air coming from the original model. It really makes a big difference in the Florida heat. I highly recommend the air if you plan on carrying outdoors. When the babies are old enough that you don’t need diapers and bottles everywhere you go-the air is good for any trip! We’ve been using it every day at least one time a day since we got it! Perfect for daycare drop off every morning! We even made a Halloween costume for it and it looks great!!

I love this carrier. I use it for my twins on a daily basis sometimes. We use it all the time, as soon as they were old enough to fit in the back I started wearing it. They love it too, they fall asleep in it all the time.

As a twin mom, I don’t know how I’d get through the day without this carrier. I started using it when my twins were about 5 months old, and it’s been a total game-changer. The weight feels really balanced between the front and back, which makes longer carries doable without wrecking my shoulders or back. The straps are well-padded, the waist support takes a lot of the pressure off, and the material feels breathable so we don’t all overheat. My babies actually seem to prefer the back carry more than the front carry — they’re calmer and enjoy looking around from that vantage point. It does take a little practice to get everyone buckled in (especially with squirmy babies), but after a few tries it became second nature. Overall, this is a sturdy, thoughtfully designed carrier that really gives you some freedom back when you’re outnumbered by two little ones. Highly recommend for any twin parent

This is a bit bulky and requires a bit of patience to figure out. I have 4 month old twins and they did not love it the first time I used it but eventually became more comfortable with the carrier. It’s best to use with someone to help you but I managed to get my baby on my back alone. Feels very secure. Because my twins are a bit small desire meeting the weight instead of buying an accessory for it — since the carrier is expensive already— I took two swaddle blankets, rolled them up, and placed them underneath each baby as a booster to get their heads to reach past the carrier’s edge. Easy to wash.

Learning to use this product will require tremendous patience and resilience. Clearly, other users somehow got past that phase and have subsequently enjoyed using the carrier, but that was not my experience at all. DO NOT expect to unpack it and then just happily slip it on and use it on the day it arrives. Have a friend or family member help you, if possible. If not, just remember that it’s okay to cry. Be prepared to read and re-read the lengthy instructions over the course of several sittings. Their thoroughness is reflective of the fact that the product comes in several pieces and altogether includes countless straps, snaps, flaps, and other dramatic features. Between raising twin infants and working full time, there just isn’t the bandwidth to deal with this much 5-dimensional jigsaw complexity. Ultimately I couldn’t get past the resentment of being made to feel stupid and incompetent, and gave up.

I love this carrier. I also have the ergo baby and a boba classic carrier. The twin go is similar to the boba in that it's one piece of material that forms a kind of pouch, vs the ergo which is more complex. I like that this one is simple like the boba. I love that so much of the back is a mesh panel, exactly what I needed for the hotter weather. And unlike the ergo mesh which has mesh on the shoulder straps which I found uncomfortable, the twingo has super soft shoulder straps! The sun cover has already come in handy to catch my little one's head while he's sleeping. Conclusion: even as an individual carrier this is a great comfortable option and the fact that it allows me to wear both my twins at the same time makes it even better! So happy I got this for my 7 month olds!
