Helps bloating and gas - darkened capsules
I am on my second bottle of this and it has been a life saver for my gas issues. I tend to have some problems when I sit down for too long at work but after I started taking these pills they helped. I've tried using simethicone and it did nothing in comparison to this. In regards to size and quantity, these are a great value for your money! Update: This is my 3rd bottle from this brand and I realized that they have now started using dark colored capsules. I haven’t noticed any changes yet in effectiveness but I don’t like the fact that I can no longer see the content as I could before.

Works well but will constipate you.

May Not Work for Everybody.
The only dislike is that the capsules are kinda big and messy. They would stick to the back of my throat. Unfortunately they didn't work for me either. They did nothing for the bloating, nor indigestion. Although not sure if they were supposed to help with that. The detox I don't know either. I just continue to take them in case it is doing something in the way of detoxing at least.
