Obsessed is an understatement
I didn’t know the hype surrounding Jamón until this past year, but I have to say, I’m fully bought in. It’s the perfect protein that feels like a little luxury. Although I will say, all jamóns are NOT equal. I’ve tried many different kinds in the past year and always come back to Monte Nevado. The texture is perfect and the flavor is always top notch. I put it on toast, serve it on a charcuterie board, or have it with melon. I can’t get enough of this brand. Forever a Monte Nevado stan!
