Great quality speaker fabric.The finish on this material is very well suited for it's purpose.I followed the instructions as seen on a couple of YouTube videos to do the install and found that the fabric was easy to work with and gave no folds or other hassles.One thing I will point out when doing this is that some speakers have their grill glued in while some are stapled and no doubt other methods exist as well. Be prepared to choose which method you will use. I already had a staple gun that hooks up to an air compressor and I didn't want to spend the money on glue that was specifically designed for doing this.My speakers had the glued-on kind and the fabric of the original seems to be a tad thinner than this product. I believe that using staples also increases the thickness a tiny bit.I'm bringing it up because, in the end, my finished grill was a little thicker than it started out with and therefore the gripping mechanism holding to the speaker does not work well.I took a couple of photos of the finished job, but be aware that the color of the grill in the photos is not 100% accurate. It is darker than what it looks like.

Durable black speaker fabric, that's what I received. Some reviews have stated it looks grey, but mine was most certainly black. Depending on viewing angle the fabric can shift shades due to lighting. I held two stretched frames in opposite directions and one appeared dark charcoal while the other was black, flip them around the the effect changed, face them the same way and they were identical. So some of the reviewers may have seen a dark charcoal color due to that effect.This product is well made, durable, easy to work with and looks great. Highly recommended, can't beat the price.

As a previous review stated, the cloth is not a deep black, however it is a very dark shade that I would call black brown. Which, in my case, was exactly what I was looking for. I changed one of the doors in my Ikea "Besta" brand media cabinet into a speaker door which hides a subwoofer from my Yamaha surround sound system. The Ikea cabinet is the color Ikea calls "black-brown". The cloth coordinates perfectly with it. The cloth is very nice and was very easy to work with. I used fabric glue to attach it to the frame I made to hold the fabric and attach to the Ikea door frame. To be fair, my wife and daughter say the color looks black to them. When I first held the cloth, it looked black, however when I place it next to other black items, it looks more like I said earlier, a "black-brown".

I had speaker boxes that the previous owner built into the wall and my speakers were much smaller satellites, so I was looking for a way to use my speakers but without them looking lost in a huge speaker box. I put this cloth over the box and it hides the cavernous space with my little satellite speaker sitting inside...the sound is huge and now the look is sleek.

I actually used this for the door of my AV cabinet rather than for speakers. It works great to allow airflow while filtering out dust and hiding my components behind it.

Definitely not black. Not even close. Luckily it will be in a dark enough environment it isn't super noticeable. If you need true black, look elsewhere. If medium/dark brown is acceptable or it will be in a low light environment, this is good stuff at a competitive price.

This worked fine on my old JVC floor speakers. I used PVC plumbing cement to glue it to the plastic speaker frame. It isn't a perfect job, but looks much better than the old grill cloth. This is a good product.

Inexpensive, cuts easily and stretched nicely over my home built 1"x2" pine frames (paint them black so the pine doesn't show through) to create DIY Acoustic Panels for my HT room. Looks very nice and made a HUGE difference in the sound quality of my room. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality grill cloth, my 20 yr old B&W speakers look new again.
