I was diagnosed with lichen sclerosus earlier this year. My doctor said I have the worst case of it he has ever seen in his 30+ yrs as a physician. This cream is wonderful. The rose fragrance isn't as bad as some reviewers make it out to be. This cream provides instant relief for me when it comes to the pain and unbearable itch. Some have reported a slight burning or stinging sensation. Yes, if your skin is irritated, you will experience this; however, it's not unbearable, and it subsides after a few minutes. I will be purchasing this again in the near future, and I would recommend this product to others.

I bought this with the hope that it would help with my lichen sclerosis. This did not work for me. I had an extreme flair in the area. I won't use this again for the lichen sclerosis, but it may be helpful for something else. So, my opinion, very expensive and didn't work for me.

I don't know if it works because the smell and texture were so off-putting I was concerned it had gone bad in the jar. I messaged the company who offered to send me samples so I could see what it should look and smell like and never heard from them. Basically a small, 50 dollar jar of something I am afraid to use.

I gave it 4 only because it doesn’t cure the problem. There’s no cure for Litchen Planus period. This cream definitely cures that gawd awful 😞 itch. I recently got diagnosed about a month ago. I thought it was mosquito 🦟 bites but when it didn’t clear up and it started spreading all over my legs hips and lower back and wrist. I knew then it’s time to see my doctor. He thought it war ringworms treated me for that. Of course that i didn’t help. Then he said i had bed bites. I knew that was a lie but heck let’s treat That, didn’t help. So he finally referred me to a dermatologist and she did a biopsy on Thursday and Monday she called and told me what I have. I’ve been on steroids pills and steroid shots that didn’t help. I’ve been on antibiotics haven’t help. I’ve been on steroids cream hasn’t helped. I can’t even tell you how I was led here accept by praying, crying and believing in Christ because somehow I was led to this cream. I read all the reviews, bought. I immediately put it on and I felt one step closer to heaven. Unfortunately it’s not treating the problem because the bumps still popping up but because I use this cream and twice a day and a little goes a long ways, the bumps does not grow in size because they don’t itch. So they stay that little bitty tip of a pin 📍 size. So when I see the dermatologist next week to have my stitches remove I will let her know her cream and antibiotics isn’t working and she’s going to have to try something else. At least I’m out of the stage of depression. That itching will cause you to go into a deep depression. I need something that will fade away these bumps. Do anyone know what I can use to fade these dark bumps away⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️

I heard about Perrins on the LS group I belong to. A number of the women have said how it helps with this dreaded condition. I have found out for myself that it lives up to their word and will continue buying it. I also went to their site for the Perrins Blend since it's not available on Amazon.

This stuff is so awesome!!! Has improved the texture and appearance of my 62 year old exzema face! I use with my moisturizer over it, twice a day.

I have had to deal with lichen sclerosis for over 14 years. My doctor put me on estradiol and clobetasol creams. It only stops the effects for a few days. The flareups are horrible! I ordered the Perrin Creme Complete, scent of rose and I am praying this works. The smell is awful but the flareups are worse so I am sticking with this product! The smell disappears so this is indeed a wonderful product!
