EVL ZMatrix Magnesium & Zinc Muscle Recovery Supplement - 60 Servings

I have tried all ZMAs on the market. This one works very well. So well i tried going a few nights without it. I can always fall asleep never had issues with sleeping. But when i wake up without taking ZMA, even though i have been in a deep sleep, its hard to wake up and gain strength (it takes a while) When i take ZMA, i wake up very ready and most important i feel like i am rested and i feel strong as well. I havent had any negative side effects taking this and its very easy to take.

If you value sleep as much as I when it comes to well being and overall recovery from intense workouts, this product is for you. I sleep so well and have never once had a groggy feeling waking up the next morning. I stay asleep and have noticed that I recover so much faster! One of the things I love most about this product compared to other sleep aid ZMA's are that I can take this on a full stomach and still get a great nights sleep. I take a variety of other EVL products and this is one of my favorite ones by far. I highly recommend to anyone looking to hit that valuable REM cycle to get back in the gym fully recovered!

I was having trouble with recovery, even with all the other suppliments I'm taking...I was still sore longer than I should be. I researched things I may have been missing in my lineup and magnesium was one of them. So, after looking at many different products, I settled on Z-Matrix. Z-Matrix not only has the highest amount of magnesium compared to everything else I looked at, but it also has other supporting ingredients (versus just using a magnesium cap or powder). I've been using Z-Matrix for about 2 weeks and have seen a significant difference in my recovery time. I am no longer sore for two or three days after a workout (which meant the soreness never really stopped). I sleep deeper on Z-Matrix and wake up with little to no soreness the next day after working out. I highly recommend this product. Z-Matrix definitely helped with my sleep and recovery. Also seemed to boost my T levels as attested to when waking up with wood, if you know what I mean. The only critique I have is that it requires you to take 4 soft gels. They are thin and easy to swallow, but I usually take all 4 at once. With enough water it's not a problem, but gel caps can some times feel like they're stuck going down if I don't have enough water to chase them down with and lie flat right after taking. When I take with enough water and don't lie down right after there's no problem. I definitely recommend.

Taking these at night with Alpha Boost in the morning. I am seeing nice gains in strength increase and in definition. These do help in sleeping which is wonderful coming from a diagnosed insomniac!! Four pills is a bit much but with the results I am beginning to see that is a small matter. No GI problems with these at all and the pills are easy to swallow with water. I also agree with several of the reviewers here who state that they are experiencing vivid dreams. I am not one to dream much or remember my dreams when I do but on these I have had quite vivid and interesting dreams. No nightmares or anything along those lines but certainly interesting. I do seem to rest better with these and I do sleep hard for a change and awake well rested. I have no complaints with these at all and I will order again once my current supply is out. Please get ready for Pink Floyd-ish dreams.....

The product is Good. Subscribe and save through Amazon sucks. This is the second time I’ve tried Amazon and got shot again even when I order early and suspend next delivery it’s still arrives.. Worse yet, I can’t return it

This seems to help with recovery following intense training and helps me fall asleep quicker when working out in the evening which is a few nights a week. I will be buying more....

Very good product

Z-MATRIX where do I start with this product. I have been taking this product for about 4 months now and I have had amazing results. My sleep is constant and deep and I wake up feeling rested without that groggy morning feeling that most wake up with. My recovery has been greatly affected by this product especially in regards to soreness as I am not feeling sore or having any sort of symptoms of doms or delayed onset muscle soreness. Which let's me work harder on every workout. So far I've lost 40lbs and I'm stronger than ever. I have nothing but good things to say about this product and I look forward to trying out other products from EVLNUTRITION. 5 STARS WOULD RECCOMEND.

Helps with sleep and I’ve noticed I’ve kept my results more. I can only gauge this since I happened to notice better sleep and improved results since I started taking it. Could also be other factors but not complaining

It’s a good product I was using another before and you can get it here on Amazon but I used to get it at a specific brick & mortar supplement store. I’ve changed my shopping habits and I buy a lot more in line now and I’ll be doing that going forward that being said this helped me sleep when I feel stress and I use it because my work out routine. You grow when you’re sleeping and this helps me wake up less at night time - whereas I may get wake up several times I find I wake up once and I fall back asleep right away. I recommend it - 5 stars!
