Pure Encapsulations Boswellia AKBA, 120 Capsules

Great Product! All I can say is that it works well.

I use this product with the combination of two other products, and after three months, it completely healed most if not all the inflammation and joint pain that I was having throughout my body, mostly my arms, shoulders and hips. I am absolutely grateful that this product came into my reality after doing some research and found that This patented formula is evidence based so I was happy to order it. It was expensive but well worth it I’m just finishing up my last bottle and may take a break for a month or two just to see if the inflammation comes back or if it’s been fully resolved. But I’m very happy with this product and I hope my positive review doesn’t cause the price to skyrocket.

I’ve had migraines my entire life and tried managing them through chiropractors, massage, hormone therapy, prescription meds, strength training, yoga, IVs, acupuncture, cupping…but not one of those really helped. Sometimes it would and other times it wouldn’t. They became cluster headaches that would last a couple days. Finally, through research I discovered Boswellia extract and started taking it daily. After 2 weeks my headaches are gone! I went from 3-4 headaches in a week to maybe 1 every few months! When I told my doctor, they were hearing about this for the first time from me. It’s a natural ingredient that relaxes the muscles. My tightness for me I think was pinching nerves causing headaches and sensitive scalp…felt like someone hung off a clump of hair all night and only a side of my scalp was sensitive to touch. Now what ever I experience is very mild and manageable by increasing hydration and/or over the counter medication. Huge life change for me!

I started taking these two months ago and I can honestly say that my hip pain is gone.

I always buy my supplements from Pure Encapsulations because I trust the ingredients to be natural and pure. I have a lot of genetic metabolic sensitivities. So this is important to me.

a great product that relieved much of my arthritic knee pain, but unfortunately, I have had to discontinue using because it caused a feeling of nausea though I took it with food. It's too bad because it is really effective--and potent. I did some research and found that some people had the same experience. I plan to try again just to see--maybe combining it with aloe vera or licorice to coat the stomach.

Boswellia helps my knee pain. In the past I ordered a different brand. The capsules were BLACK! Duh! I don't want to take a black capsule. Pure's capsules are white. They do not have a bad smell like some supplements. They work well. I will continue to purchase the Pure brand.
