I'm honestly impressed with this item. Fabric/material isn't cheap and will keep its shape. Bottom lining is a hard sturdy but flexible board. The velcro design for dividers work great and attaches securely. They're two straps you can choose to use if you like to secure it from sliding around. Best part is it fits perfectly underneath the backseat and follows the design and curves of the seat as if it was made from Ford.
