If there are tall trees or houses blocking the signal in my yard, will the lawn mower stop working or get lost?

[PROUDEER] adopts RTK+visual fusion technology. Even in areas with weak GPS signals under the shade of trees or near eaves, visual sensors will take over navigation to ensure precise machine operation and prevent getting lost.

How long does it take to create a map? Do you need to tinker for hours like other brands?

Our goal is to complete the map drawing within 20 minutes. You can guide it around boundaries through a mobile application, just like controlling a remote-controlled car. No need for expensive WiFi extenders or complex base station debugging.

My front and back yards are separated by a cement driveway, can it pass through on its own?

Absolutely possible. You can set up a "Passage" in the app, where lawn mowers can safely cross lanes or sidewalks without cutting grass, managing up to 20 different lawn areas.

Do I need to install a dedicated outdoor WiFi booster in the yard for it?

No need. Our lawn mower comes with built-in LTE backup connection (free for the first year). Even in corners without WiFi coverage, it can still communicate with your phone and perform tasks, saving you $50-150 in network equipment expenses.

If the product breaks, who should I contact? Do you have a repair center in the United States?

We have an after-sales support facility in California, offering email support with a 24-hour response time and a 12-hour support hotline. We provide replacement and repair service for non-human-caused defects during the coverage period.
