Annoying tick
After about a month, motor started clicking. It’s loud and annoying, and random.

Questionable air movement
Quiet, but doesn’t move air like I expected. At 6, the highest level, I could barely feel anything. I’m giving it a chance to see if it feels better on a hot day - today was cooler with a breeze. I’m leaving it for now because I don’t relish the idea of taking it down, after going through putting it up on a vaulted ceiling. Anyone else experience this? It sure is quiet though, and works well otherwise. Perhaps a better angle on the blades if possible? And I did try both directions, in case you’re wondering.

Love the fans - Remotes Great - App needs work!
Fans went together easily. We installed them on our covered patio using Can adapters we found here to replace Can spotlights. Love the look and remotes. We have to use a separate remote for each. We set up both fans in their app. The app is kinda quirky as it doesn't know the current state of the fans or lights so have to toggle switches two times to get it to go on or off. Also, it is not compatible with Alexa at the time of this review (11/2025).

Find a better option
The fan looks great and moves a lot of air when it works. However, the first fan ordered started making a loud ticking noise after 3 days of use. The exchange was easy enough, but 6 months later now the remote doesn't work. Can't return it, can't find any info on how to get a replacement, and can't seem to get support. Thought this was a good value, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Don't bother with the "app"
Looks great, DC motor is nice and quiet. Light's a bit dimmer than one might expect. You'd think a cheap chinese fan would probably just integrate Tuya and call it a day. This is even cheaper - integrating instead with Jingyuan, whose fan controllers operate over Bluetooth Low Energy only, using the "FanLamp Pro" app. Which currently enjoys a 2-star rating on both of the big app stores. If you have the time and patience to set up Home Assistant with the ESPHome or BLE ADV plugins, you can integrate it with your smart home system reasonably well. If you don't know what any of those words mean, well, you're probably stuck with the RF remote.
