I used this long range Bluetooth Adapter to connect a Logitech Bluetooth wireless mouse and keyboard (Logitech MK850 Performance Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo) in a large meeting room.It's very easy to install. You don't need to install any software drivers on Windows 10.Here's what you do to make it work on Windows 10.1. Plug the USB cable from the Aircable Bluetooth adapter to the USB port on the computer.2. Wait a few minutes (5 minutes). Let Windows recognize the Aircable Bluetooth adapter and install the necessary drivers for it.3. Click on the Up Arrow near the system clock on the lower right corner of the screen.4. Click on Bluetooth devices.5. Select Show Bluetooth Devices.6. Click on Add Bluetooth or other device.7. Select the Aircable Bluetooth adapter.8. Repeat these steps to add the Bluetooth wireless keyboard and Bluetooth wireless mouse.Note: I think Aircable should post the above instructions on their website to save users confusion when trying to make Bluetooth devices work with the Aircable Bluetooth adapter. Or better yet, include a one page instructions with the product.

I depend on my bluetooth speakerphone, keyboard and mouse for hosting business webinars with folks all around the world. This is the only solution that works as advertised with a solid steady connection. I've tried USB extensions, "high power" dongles and everything just fails. I've connected it to my PC which is inside a wood desk cabinet and have meetings 30 feet away with no latency.

Documentation is bad if not existent, website is no help, took 3 days to get an answer from them. But got it working and works over a long range. Bottom line with Windows 10 you need to go into device manager and turn off bluetooth adapters so this is the only one that the bluetooth devices connect to.

This thing rocks! It extends your Bluetooth an unbelievable distance. I had trouble with my Mac but got it to work. Since the new OS came I have. No more issues. Our building is 300 feet long. It worked perfectly from one end to the other. I highly recommend it!

This fabulous Host XR4 Bluetooth extender increased the range of my Bowes Wireless speaker from about 30' to well over 100' ft. It sends music from my desktop pc to anywhere on my patio or back yard, going through 2 interior and 1 exterior wall. It reaches halfway up the block without cutting out. I'm glad I bought it. The Air Cable company in San Jose, CA was very helpful over the phone in setting it up. A real good device!

I received this $135 gadget with zero info on how to use it. What do I do now?

Does what I needed it to do-- boost a Bluetooth signal roughly 40 feet, through thick walls. I find it works most reliably when plugged into my computer (a mac mini) through a powered usb hub.

Works awesome! Clearer instructions would be helpful to install. Once installed, this thing works great.
