My only complaint is the storage box should have been made so the tool can be stored with a battery attached. Feels solid works well and is strong. Sockets that come with it are mediocre. Overall a good buy for the price and I would recommend. I had a Milwaukee that was lost or stolen and this feels as solid as it was and is just as powerful. Time will tell if it holds up as well. I will update if I see any other issues but as of now i'm happy with it.

I received the ratchet in 1 day. When I opened the box, there was 2 accessories missing. I contacted Amazon and was immediately sent out another unit. The ratchet appears to be well made and a value for the money. I like the lighting to help you see in confined places. I also likes that it came with 2 lithium ion batteries.

I bought this for my home garage where I work on a variety of vehicles/machines. It works great and the battery last as long as I need it. No complaints.

Love this kit, use it very often and love that it came in its own carry case. 40 foot pounds is powerful enough for everything I need to do with this and the build quality seems pretty good. Overall happy with this item

Great tool, it is a good ft in your hand ,the torque is what I was looking for, not huge torque so you won't break bolts, plus the case fits great in my tool chest, I would recommend it to anyone who turns a wrench for a living and for the DIY people as well.

Works fantastic. I've wanted one for a while, but the main Home Depot competitor is twice the money. Its also probably twice the tool, but if you are a do-it yourself shade tree mechanic, this is great value. I bought this and used it immediately on a complete rebuild of a 6 liter diesel engine, and this was the MVP tool for that entire job. Some reviews giving it bad review because it has no 'loosening' power, but none of these types of ratchets are, even the air driven ones aren't. They aren't designed to 'break' the initial connection. You put it on the bolt, pull on the body of it like a regular ratchet to crack the nut/bolt loose, then you press the button to spin it off with the motor. Manufacturers 'say' not to do it this way because people would attempt to use these in an improper method, like standing on the tool to get a bolt loose, or attach a pipe to it. They aren't designed for that and people are just dumb. It situations where its too tight to turn, you need a bigger tool like a breaker bar to loose the bolt. This will take it off the rest of the way! That battery lasts a really reasonable time. the build is pretty good. I feel the battery connects to the body in a little bit of a 'cheap' or not well executed design, i had the battery pop out a few times, but the price of this is 1/2 of the nearest competitor and so far its doing exactly what I need it to do. 6 month update: Still holding strong. This is now on my top favorite tool. I've used this on every engine work I've done in 2019 since I bought it. The battery each last a long time, but its quite a bit. The quality has held out so far, i've dropped it a few times and no issues. Worked on all kinds of engines with it, super happy.

I can not believe how handy this ratchet is, and you can get it into some tight spaces, another tool I wish I would have purchased sooner. It is well built, strong and compact, and powerful. Fits in your hand nicely and is a good design. The battery last a long time and it comes with two! It has a nice case, but it probably will not make it back there as I use it so much! Looked at some reviews off Amazon I think this is one of the best ratchet for the price.
