how many confections per box

I can't remember but it seemed like quite a few. I'd say at least 12, possibly up to 16 (they vary in size though - some are no bigger than a quarter while others were the size of a Chips Ahoy cookie).

How large are the buns each?

They come in different sizes, some are nickle sized, some are quarter sized, and some are half dollar coin sized.

No. Back before I started having problems with gluten, I bought these several times and enjoyed them. However, I recall that at least some of them are not gluten-free. Snd I wouldn’t vouch for the technically gluten-free ones being completely gluten-free, either. (Cross-contamination of product lines.)

Where can i find all of the ingredients? many of the rice treats/desserts have no complete information. i would like this info before ordering.

Sometimes they have it written in English on the back of the package; or some where on the packaging. Although if you can find it on the pictures it might; other then that I don't know. I do know that at lot of the little cakes are made with rice flour and some of the filling is sweet bean paste I never thought I'd like the sweet bean paste but I was wrong. But that's up to everyone who tries it to decide for themselves. I know it's not much help but I do hope I was able give you a little help.
