I've become obsessed with this house and have now purchased all five of their fragrances. They're affordable, well made (if somewhat similar), and easy to wear. I find them to last for several hours, all day even and I spray them liberally on my body and clothes. I even wear them to bed and can smell them the next day. The GORSE is more coconut as other reviews say, and I was hoping for the honey-scent of gorse but it's still a very nice scent.

I love the way this smells. After missing the smell of actual gorse from Ireland, I wanted a perfume that would take me back there. Like gorse, this has hints of vanilla and coconut, although this perfume is more traditional “floral-forward” than actual gorse (to me anyway). Still lovely, though.

My son came across this in the UK and fell in love with the scent. It’s a very clean scent

I’m a fragrance collector and I heard so much about Gorse so I decided to pull the plug and I love it,long lasting and projects like a beast!!!So glad to have it in my collection!!!

Initial smell is nice but projection doesn't last long and not as nice as opening. Ive read many reviews that say the is a Virgin Island Water clone, I do not agree

This is Virgin Island Water without paying the price for a Virgin. They smell exactly the same to me. Much more cost effective, great bang for the buck! If you like VIW, you will love this product.

Very bad smell.

Overall, the fragrance smells amazing, but its performance is terrible, at least on my skin. Projects for about 10 minutes and then is completely gone within an hour. If it lasted as long as other citrus-based fragrances, it would be a 5/5, but its terrible performance makes this a one-time only buy for me as I cannot knowingly purchase a fragrance with this poor of a performance.

It smells a bit more of coconut than I had expected, hence dropping from five to four stars.

I was looking for an affordable alternative to creeds "Virgin island water" one of my favourite Creeds , and this come to my attention as a possible solution, however I was surprised to discover that this is virtually identical. It opens with a burst of lime and a hint of lemon quickly followed by coconut and instantly transports me to a beach like on the old bounty adverts . Not only that, it has better projection sillage and longevity WOW. This would be perfect for hot weather days, holidays on the beach, barbecues and informal sunshine get togethers. Cannot recommend highly enough! Will definitely be purchasing again in the future 🏖🏝😎😍

Con questo profumo ho fatto un regalo molto gradito a mia moglie. Floreale ma fresco, intenso ma non invadenti, goloso ma non stucchevole; ed anche molto persistente. Davvero un'ottima fragranza, venduta ad un prezzo onesto e consegnata molto rapidamente. Da comprare nuovamente.

This fragrance opens with a burst of fresh citrus, predominantly lemon. Then the coconut smell of gorse takes centre stage, (not overly sweet and suntan-lotion coconut!) And that is how it remains; it doesn't change much over time. Lasts about 6-8 hours on my skin before fading. It's pretty much unisex I would say. Like it a lot. In the same ballpark as Creeds Virgin Island Water.
