Arrived on time. Excellent customer service. Item is as described.
Firstly customer service is 100/10. I bought this Pilsner glass for my brother for Christmas and it arrived a week or two ago shattered to pieces. Contacted the seller and was told I can get a refund or they can ship me out another. As my brother is a massive LFC fan, I took a chance and requested another. Second glass/replacement one arrived on time and it is perfect. Would highly recommend this seller and will ensure to buy from again in future :) Thank you so much.

If the glass were thicker it would be perfect.
Really love the style and shape of this glass. My LFC obsessed son was very happy to receive it. Sadly, the glass is very thin so broke within days. Such a shame. If the glass were thicker it would be perfect.
