I hesitated to buy this pan, but it is made well and works just fine.

This omelette pan works fine. I bought the smallest size (4") because I use it for individual servings. It can take 3 eggs with spinach, cheese, etc. It is beautifully nonstick, and cooks evenly. I thought I might dislike the fact that the pans are not permanently hinged, but it is quite easy to hook the fittings together to join the pan. The reason I only give 4 stars is that the pan set is only packaged with a thin cardboard wrap that the handles stick out of, and mine arrived dented at the rims -- obviously, it had been dropped, and both pans dented where they were together at the point of impact. My husband had a go at it and they work, as I said, just fine now.

Bad quality 1$ item scam

This would be perfect if you just wanted an omelet for one person. The only negative was the latch hook which joins the two pans together is not a great design. It would have been better is it would have had the ability to latch together tighter. Unfortunately I had to send this back because there was a dent in one of the pans. I will not be reordering a new one because it's smaller than I would have liked.

I loved them, the omelet's turned out great, and cooked up very quickly!! Great Product!!!
