top quality green pea
It was top quality green pea down to very single one. I have made several batchs of pea sprouts. I cut off green tip for sandwich and cocked the root part with green bell paper. It was sprouting much better when I placed them in good sun light area in terms of the greener the leaf. 5 pounds pea will grow a lot the sprouts. The can was sealed just like to open a new coffee can. For the best tast of pea sprout let it grow just about three inch. It will take about four to five days to grown and you have to at least rinse them twice a day but the green tip tast was very good and health too.

Tried these for microgreens
They take forever to grow and It's hard to get them to actually grow more than a couple of inches. Considering a return.

... over a year and these are by far the worst seeds I have ever received
I have been sprouting for over a year and these are by far the worst seeds I have ever received. I am so disappointed. I usually don't like to place such a harsh review however I keep trying to grow these seeds and they are just terrible. What a waste of money.

Pea Sprouts
I have used the seeds two ways so far. I have sprouted them in a triple decker sprouter and they did not do what I wanted them to do. The sprouts done this way are good for salads or breads. The other way was to sprout them in a shallow container with soil I purchased for seed starting. These are more like what I wanted. I wanted to clip the first leaves and use them on sandwiches instead of lettuce. These were better and tasty in my opinion. They were still not as I have seen on cooking programs or looked up on the computer. I think these are a smaller variety. They are still very healthy and do grow easily.
