Good stuff
I put this in my keto coffee and in protein shakes and its pretty good stuff. doesn't taste of anything which is good as you can add it to so many things. I find it gives me focus and a clear mind, I make my keto coffee in a blender so theres no grittiness or lumps which I doubt you'd get anyway as the powder is pretty fine. all in all a great buy I've bought this twice now.

Not really keto.. Ingredients not very good.
The ingredients aren't ideal, soluble corn fibre, sunflower lectin. Why couldn't they just use collagen and coconut oil making a much better product.

Terrible product
I should have read the description in full but when I see 100% coconut derived MCTS on the front of the packaging then that is what I expect to get. I cannot tolerate milk, which this contains, therefore all 3 of these purchased have gone straight into the bin. Why also have corn fiber, sunflower lecithin and silicon dioxide. Avoid at all costs unless you already want to place 1 foot in your grave.

Palatable good product
Tried this instead of the oil product very pleased quite palatable 👍
