Baking with Julia
Have bought this for my daughter who lives abroad. She wanted it. What I can see it is a very well written recipe book and with very good photographs which illustrate all recipes. Worth the money!

Not Julias recipes
Bought thinking it was a book by Julia Child including her own recipes...it was not...just a TV spin-off with her as a figure head.

One of my favourite baking books
I do love it, but I'm in no way a natural cook, and I often create disasters in the kitchen. Julia's recipes however never fail me, as they are well tested, accurate and easy to follow. There are many great recipes in this book, but the brownie and brioche recipes are truly wonderful.
