Does what is expected. Went through the washer and dryer FINE. Bought a second set.

The inner thigh velcro brace they give you at a urologist's office or send you home from a hospital with is a joke. Picked this up last fall when I had to wear a catheter bag for 3 weeks last fall after serious prostate issues. Yes, even with this product, your bag can start shifting down your leg. But what do you expect when you unknowingly fill up a 2,000ml bag with your piss in a few hours. So if you find yourself in this situation, get one of these and a belt to go with it. They sell a good one somewhere on this site.

Good quality material that did its job without falling off. Perfect size without feeling too tight.

I just discovered a new use for these (see also my comment later on about how I don't like them!) I am using wide Velcro straps to secure the urine bag now. Much better than these things. HOWEVER, I do like to use these but not as intended. What I do is, AFTER I secure the bag with the Velcro straps, I put one of these sleeves OVER the bag and the valve so that it makes a smoother surface for my pants to glide over. Seriously, it's a pain to have jogging pants grab the Velcro, or to have that valve stem sticking out being noticeable through your pants. Using this thing as a sleeve, you can cover up the whole works! What follows is my original review before I discovered this novel use for these things. * * * * * Nice idea but the basic premise is that it's going to hold your bag on your leg but the bottom line is that it slips down. Not good. So you prop it up with some other type of bandage/tape/belt/velcro and you start asking yourself "what do I need this thing for?" It DOES feel comfortable on your leg but it doesn't do the whole job of holding it up. It's also a PIA to thread the stem through the hole in the bottom. And if you have a different "night bag" then you have to pull the stem back through the hole... just not worth it.

Great product. Holds the leg bags in place; easy on and off. Half the time I don’t remember I’m wearing them. They breathe so your skin doesn’t get sweaty. I’ve worn them all day and all night with no problem. I’m purchasing more.

Difficult to empty the bag without getting it wet. It kept sliding down the leg till it was actually around the ankle. Also flimsy material.

If you have a Catheter this is the way to go! Even if you don't have the leg bag. The big bag used at night will keep the tube secure

Definitely NOT worth the money. When bag is installed in the sleeve, the tension of the sleeve does not allow the catheter bag to expand, therefore urine backs up into bladder instead of draining into bag. Just a note: my person has bag on his lower leg. Not sure the holder would work better on thigh.
