I purchased for my office for the late nights so I can take a quick nap. It looks nice and seems to be reasonably well made. Delivery was a joke but that is for a different review. The description states it is 89 inches fully extended but it is 89 1/2. I don't expect that is a big deal for most who will purchase this but for me that means the end rail rubs up against my desk. Also, in the reviews the manufacturer stated it was an innerspring mattress. Mine came with 4.25" deep polyurethane foam mattress. I can feel the support bar in my ribs when I lay on it. Overall it looks nice and will be serviceable, but I was just hoping the information provided would have been more accurate. Had I known the measurement was off, albeit by a 1/2 inch, I would not have purchased it.

For what it cost and how I ordered it (Amazon), I was expecting something a bit more rinky-dink, but this is a real loveseat. It was fully pre-built with the exception of the feet. Had they not been plastic feet, I'd be hard-pressed to tell that this was not something I got in a furniture store.

We’ve had our sofa for about 2 weeks and are pleased with it overall. The shipping and delivery was efficiently done with the delivery men willingly wrestling the sofa into my home, down a hallway and through a bedroom door to put it exactly where I wanted it. The sofa’s color is as pictured, a very neutral medium gray. The fabric is of good quality and is tightly woven. Sofa beds are usually very firm seating but I still find this one fairly comfortable for TV watching and reading. We haven’t had anyone sleep on the pullout bed but my preliminary test found it to be reasonably comfortable. I’m not too crazy about the throw pillows as they are a bit shiny and very stiff but that doesn’t matter as I plan to replace them with with more decorative pillows anyway. I would buy this again.

We downsized and needed something comfy to sit on that would fit thru the door to our humble abode on the 3rd floor. This loveseat fit the bill. Our door isn't as wide as the website said we needed, but we got it in with ease. (It comes with the legs off). This love seat is attractive, very comfy for 2 adults, and comfortable to sit on. I thought it was firm at first, but after 6 months I find it is quite comfortable. I love the material too. The only disappointment, minor as it is, since I am a large person and I like to flip cushions for wear and tear, I wish the cushions were reversible. (they can be flipped but material on back is plain black.) But so far I don't have any issues and I really love this loveseat.

The couch itself is fine thus far. I have only had it for a day. The problem I have is with the delivery. The delivery was on time and they brought the couch inside the house. However, one of the feet was broken off of the couch and I found one of the screws that secure the foot broken in half on my porch. That seems to me that it broke off in my doorway, but they didn't mention anything. Each of the feet were only secured with a single screw, though there were 2 screw holes in the foot. Fortunately the couch came with a second larger set of feet so I removed the feet and replaced them with the larger feet. It sits a touch higher than we wanted, but there is no waiting for another foot to show up.

The widest part of this product measures about 55" instead of the 61" they advertise. The back panel is only 52" wide. I bought this as the main piece of furniture for my small living room anticipating a slightly larger product. If you're looking to do the same, I'd suggest purchasing the full sofa. If the measurements are falsely enlarged on this piece, they likely are on that piece as well. The larger product would have made a better fit.Otherwise, it's a good loveseat. Looks great.

This sofa is a great value for the price. The pull out itself is easy to access. The mattress is thin, as one would expect from a pull out, so it is not terribly comfortable but a topper would fix that if you're using it frequently enough to want one. The cushions are firm but comfortable and the fabric is thick and of good quality. We've had this for about 8 months now and it doesn't show any wear, so it holds up well. Overall this is a very nice piece at a low price point as far as sleeper sofas are concerned, and I would purchase it again.

The delivery didn't take long, despite what the website says & with COVID & everything. however, the delivery people refused to move it anywhere inside the apartment itself, they just left it at the entryway (they will put it in your house, just in the hallway). So if you live alone, moving it might be a little hard.Also don't get it for whatever the retail price for it. It comes assembled which is great but the price on amazon keep going up & down. I got it when the price was discounted so it was a good deal but I would recommend getting this if the price is discounted but not at its full price.Also the color is not quite grey or beige, it is somewhere in between which makes finding, for example, a matching ottoman very hard. Check the last picture for the exact color.
