Excellent showerhead and wand combo! The water restrictor/regulator is fairly easy to remove if you want high pressure, the one in my other bathroom also provides more than adequate water flow without this restrictor removed. The controls are easy and intuitive. I think my favorite feature is that the hose connecting to the wand is ultra flexible unlike a lot of the cheaper ones I’ve owned. The only issue being a small water seepage at this seam after 2.5 years of frequent heavy usage.

I bought this to use in our smaller bathtub/ shower. The model was recommended but was more expensive at another site. There was a choice so spot free nickel and Black matte. Installation was super easy. I also use a water filter with this appliance. Has the nice feature of one rainshower or a handheld that easily fits into larger head . It also has some massage and a pause feature. This is not not super heavy as it the head is made from plastic, but I like the lightweight feel and for the price , just what we needed. Does not look cheap and the spray feels softer on skin. This is not a super hard spray. Just comfortable.

So to start this off, I did purchase this used. The option I chose was “used-like new” on Amazon. I’ve had good luck ordering products used from Amazon and in my experience when Amazon states they are like new it general means they are indistinguishable from the new option. Anyway upon arrival I noticed some wear marks on the plastic parts where you would attached it to the shower arm. Not a big deal, and also not the reason I deducted a star as this was a gamble I was aware of whenever ordering a used product. Just thought it should be mentioned. As far as the actual product goes, it is fully functional. It works fine. I’ve read other reviews where people said their water pressure wasn’t enough to drive the shower head whenever you’ve got it set to the mode where everything is spraying at once. I however have not experienced this as I have great pressure in all 3 settings. Honestly I love showering with this shower head and for $36 (the price I paid for it), I would recommend it to anyone because it’s the best of both worlds. You get a great normal showering experience, while gaining the utility of having a hosed shower head as well. Now for the reason I deducted a star from this product. Immediately upon unboxing this product felt very light, flimsy, and just overly cheap feeling in my hand. The ultimate deciding factor on purchasing this shower head verses just an Amazon knockoff was the Delta name. In my experience Delta faucets and fixtures have that feeling of quality where you know it’s a well made product. This product lacks that. All parts, including the “metal parts”, feel very plasticky and brittle. Also the way the hosed shower head attaches to the main shower head is not great. It’s hard to get seated, and hard to release whenever you want to use it. Those two things combined are why I removed a star. It gives me the feeling that it will experience wear and eventually require replaced, which was the thing I was attempting to avoid by purchasing a Delta branded unit. Time will tell, and given the price point this particular unit CURRENTLY is at, I would still recommend it. It is just something a potential buyer should be aware of.

This is a nice shower head and it was so easy to install. I am a 60 year old woman and I had no issues. The last shower head I had had many more settings, but I honestly only used 2 at the most. This one has fewer settings and that is honestly all I need.

This is the second Delta product I have been burned on. I will never buy anything with their name on it again. The female threads that connect the shower head to the stub out coming from the wall are plastic and cheaply made. Upon inspection after installing I saw a leak around the connection and when I reached up to inspect further the whole thing fell apart in my hands. After calling delta customer service I was dealt with rudely and told “well it’s stripped and unfortunately we do not cover stripped parts”. I said no it’s not stripped I’m looking at the threads and it is just cheap plastic junk and it cracked down both sides. I was then told “well it was installed improperly and we unfortunately don’t cover parts that are installed improperly”. I responded with picture evidence and said no it’s just made cheaply and you don’t want to own up to making some stuff like this with your name on it. I was then told that “it’s not an issue on our end because if that was an issue on our end the phone would be ringing off the hook”. So needless to say their customer service is just a scam and they don’t cover anything. Don’t waste your money on this plastic junk.

I needed to get my bathroom ready for a handicapped guest, so a hand held shower was needed. This arrived quickly and was super easy to install. It's very lightweight but in a shower that is not used often, so it should hold up well.

Compre dos de estas regaderas, el primer problema es la instalación, toda vez que la cuerda de la misma es muy sensible y se deteriora tan solo con enroscarla, el segundo problema las fugas, tienes que apretar fuertemente al tubo de agua para evitar que gotee y ni así se resuelve el problema, el tercero el material es sumamente frágil si se cae se rompe de inmediato, además es muy cara con mil defectos, la manguera es rígida la tienes que cambiar por una de acero inoxidable de buena calidad, baja la presión del agua considerablemente aunque tengas tubería a presión, no volvería a comprar algo tan deficiente, Delta se caracteriza por vender excelentes productos pero esta es la excepción no sirve !! El servicio al cliente jamás te contacta para ofrecer orientación no lo recomiendo en absoluto !! bien saben que tienen defecto de fabrica!!!

Easy installation and ready for immediate use. Great water pressure , with easy removable shower head with many settings to choose from . Affordable and great quality.

Excellent product

You can tell its a cheaper version of the all metal type, but at a fraction of the price it does the same basic things and the way the wand sits in the shower head is easier to attach and detach with this cheaper version. The hose is probably the most noticeable component, as it's incredibly stiff and cheap. I'm not sure how the water pressure is by default, I ripped the flow restrictor out with needle nose pliers as soon as I received this and it does roughly 2.2GPM unrestricted with main head and wand both at full blast. Given that it's 100% plastic, I doubt it will last as long as the all metal version, but that's how it goes.
