How long in inches or feet is this 3.5 pound product. I need 500 feet. Is this long enough?

Each roll is about 330 feet long. You would need two.

16 gauge awg is .0508. is this .0625 awg or standard wire guage which is the british system?also, what grade ss is this?

It is .0625, type 304 soft annealed.

Is this wire galvanized?

The wire I received is stainless steel, not galvanized. I check with a magnet because stainless steel (300 series) is not magnetic so as a result it isn't going to rust. This is a good quality product at a good price.

What is the tensile strength of the wire?

Honestly, I have no idea. However, we use the wire for hanging hooks for powder coating. As an open hook, will hold a couple pounds. Anything heavier needs to be ran as a loop. As a loop, have used for hanging motorcycle wheels (approx 20-25lbs max) with no issues at 410* F. Not a direct answer, but hope this gives a little insite.
