Hi, will this stand for the new iPad Pro 12.9 inch, as this tablet now has a smaller form factor? Thanks.

Yes I have the 2018 12.9 ipad Pro model and it fits perfectly.

Will it hold a kindle oasis?

It holds my 10.1 tablet firmly so anything that size or below are fine.

Will it hold an iPad 2?

I dont know what size an ipad 2 is but it holds my sons ipad pro 10.5 inch perfect if thats any help

Would this still work / be any good on a rounded surface? Ie: fishing bed chair

I've put mine on a metal bed frame but, i've had to do it where there are 2 horizontal bars right next to each other otherwise it wouldn't grip and move around. So it needs a good 2 inches to be able to grip on securely.
