Looks great!
They look great! Play well on a standard sized board. Unlike some fancier chess sets, it’s easy to tell which piece is which. Some criticize that they are plastic, but being plastic they don’t break or damage your board if you drop one.

Great buy, very nice
Love my Roman chess set (bought Viking as well but sent it back) very clean looking and easy to ID pieces. A little more weight on the bottom would help but overall I am very pleased.

Unhappy with chess pieces
The picture on the website is not what you received. The 3-D printed chess pieces need some filing down. Some of the shields was broken. It wasn’t what I was expecting to receive. So I returned the chess pieces.

The plastic parts are defective; they have pieces of plastic sticking out

excellent value for the money
I collect chess sets. when I saw this one I did not hesitate. it was a handsome set with great detail and the pieces have personality. it is plastic and not weighted but they have felt bottoms.. and move easily on the board. one thing I like in particular is the queen actually looks like a queen as opposed to the queens of some other chess sets. I also really like the knights. it arrived fairly soon and was well packaged. all in all a good experience, and when my brother saw the chess set he too wanted to get one for his own. I actually favor it now over a couple more expensive chess sets I own.
