Good book for IM rotations
Great for a Medical Student or Intern on their IM rotation. Helpful in quickly pulling up differential diagnosis that you may have forgot about or just can't remember. Makes you sound really smart on your presentations that you could think up so many different diagnosis (and then of course either rule them in or out). Bottom line, not necessary, but really helpful

Seller / delivery review and product opinion reviewing. ***** 5 STARS
Great condition (brand-new) , fast delivery (as selected). Will definitely use seller if offered for future book purchases. As for the book it is as expected, "best seller" great for those in the medical field and handy for students. Audience for this book/reference itself is pretty specific.I must say the real paper copy is a gift and very helpful in my studies.those who appreciate paper books will appreciate this hand size life saver. Thanks for the service .

it is a good guide for a quick reference that fits in your ...
You will still need to know how to treat patients, which is beyond the use of this book. However, it is a good guide for a quick reference that fits in your pocket without weighing it down.

Very comprehensive but limited utility
The pros: great pocket size, comprehensive differential diagnoses. The cons: organization is not always aligned with normal clinical practice, the comprehensive nature of the ddx lists is overwhelming and does not focus on likelihood or epidemiology.

Great little pocket book
Great little pocket book. Light to carry. Hard to find some simple things sometimes and index is very limited. But, overall I like it and would buy it again.

Pocket size. Very comprehensive
Pros: Pocket size. Very comprehensive. Cons:Thin pages. There was an add insert in the middle and I couldn't avoid ripping the adjacent pages in effort to remove it.

Great resource.
This little book is a great resource if for anything that you are covering all your possibilities for Ddxs. I used this through med school and it was really helpful.

Undoubtedly the best book on differentials...!!!!
Well, I am a medical student and this is a gem of a book to possess. It comes really handy during my ward rounds where the first thing you're expected to do is reach to the most probable diagnosis and know how it differs from other similar conditions. It is like a dictionary of diseases, symptoms and conditions emphasizing more on the diagnostic aspects than the theory or the teaching part. It gives a gross overview covering the etiological aspects, the differential diagnoses and the diagnostic criteria including the reference ranges of laboratory work-ups and it fits right in the palm of your hands. I have looked up for other books on differentials as well, but this is a real masterpiece. "Sailer's Differential Diagnosis Pocketbook" is a must have for students and residents alike in any field of medical science which demands the practitioner to converge to an accurate diagnosis with a minimum time to spare.

Inutile
Inutile nella pratica clinica: pieno di listoni di malattie che possono presentarsi col dato sintomo. Purtroppo le liste di malattie sono disposte a caso e senza nessun commento, Inutilizzato da mesi. Formato comodo, portatile.
