BIANCHITan 1L Lawman Holster Fits Single Act 6 1/2 (Right Hand, Small), Black

I like everything about this holster. It has a classy appearance and wears comfortably.Worth every penny.

Have only used it for the past month or so but can tell this quality leather and craftsmanship will last for years to come as long as it is properly taken care of. Using with 22 revolver and it fits perfectly. A little stiff at first but like most know time will help mold as well as placing item in plastic bag before molding.

Ruger single six fits nice right out of box. Ya it’s a tight fit but it’s shaped for it. Nice snap & stitching looks good.

This is a very nice, quality holster that is designed to work with small frame Ruger single action revolvers with barrels 6 1/2 inches or less. I am using it with my Ruger Single Nine, which has a 6 1/2 inch barrel and is otherwise on the same frame as the classic Single Six revolver. This holster should work perfectly with the Single Six, Single Nine, and Single Ten revolvers. Since the Single Six Hunter features a 7 1/2 inch barrel, it may not be suitable for this holster. (I will have the chance to verify this in about 20 days; I will update this review accordingly.)The holster holds the revolver very snugly. About my only minus for this holster is that, at least when new, it grips the handgun very tightly, and one must push pretty hard on the revolver to get it sufficiently seated in the holster so that the retaining strap will fit around the gun. I probably would have preferred it if not quite so much pressure is necessary. I am imagining that as time goes on and the holster sees use that the fit to the revolver will loosen up a bit. I will update this review as appropriate.On the plus side, this holster accommodates the fiber optical front sight on the Single Nine with no problem. This is something that is becoming more and more important as this type of sights become increasingly popular. The Single Nine comes stock with the Williams Fire Sights, so it is important that the holster be kind to that front fiber optical sight, which is less rugged than the classic blade sight.The leather on this holster is typical superb Bianchi leather. I have Bianchi holsters that are 30 years old and which still look like new, even after hard use. This one will doubtless provide similar service. It is a pleasure to use and the revolver looks terrific with this holster. Highly recommended. RJB.

I've used Bianchi holsters for nearly 40 years. I still have the first holster I bought in 1978 for my High Standard Trophy. A little scuffed from use, but still in overall excellent functional shape. This holster is no different in quality. I just wished they made them for 5" barrels. Buy it and be prepared to hand it down to your grandchildren (or even your great grandchildren).

Perfect holster for my Ruger Single Six.
