I had zero faith. Not only did the eggs hatch, but they made more eggs and now we have more babies! My 9yo son loved this.

We got no troubles, life is just bubbles!! A few months ago I picked up this SeaMonkey kit. They took about 2 weeks to become visible, but have been incredibly relaxing to watch swim about! It’s recommended you put a small light on the tank to keep the water a bit warmer and promote algae growth, which they eat. I picked up an old desk lamp for $2 at a thrift store that works great. Once algae is established, you don’t really need to feed except maybe once a month. The kit comes with paperwork from the manufacturer that allows you to order additional accessories. Great for classrooms, college dorms or your office!

I carefully followed the instructions for set up. Only three sea monkeys hatched. The day after their first feed those three died. Don't recommend. Very disappointed.

My daughter loves these sea monkeys. Directions are clear which is great but I will warn you that it says your sea monkeys may hatch in 2-7 days...ours took over a week to hatch--I'm glad we had patience and waited and didn't dump the water. She is thoroughly enjoying watching them

Edit: so I left the tank for a few more days and there is in fact life! I am changing my review to 5 stars and my personal patients review to a zero lol zero sea-monkeys... I followed the directions to the letter and after a full week, still no sea-monkeys. Super disappointed and my kids are sad too. do not recommend

They were fun but short lived they only lasted for three days so a little disappointing.

These were so good and fun they lasted a long time.

Daycare kids were fascinated watching these every day and the changes.

Bought them and was disappointed that after 2 days the 7 that hatched all seemed to have died. We left it alone and a few days later there were 2... then 4... nine days later and I just counted 21! Four are huge! If yours die right away, don't just give up. Poke any eggs along the surface back down and wait! My kids love them. If you have issues ordering more food. Yeast and Spirulina can be used :) They love algae

Tried multiple times, nothing every grew, all we got was smelly water!!!
