IKEA's Real Swedish Food Book

Really happy to have hunted this ikea recipe book down, have a Swedish meatball mad teenager, who wanted to make meatballs at home from scratch, but wanted the exact ikea recipe.....glad to have the book, lots of other meatball recipes, plenty of fish options too. Am surprised ikea haven't updated and reprinted this book. Good value and great condition for a used book, worth getting for the meatball recipe alone.

So pleased I managed to purchase this book second hand. Brilliant price and speedy postage. Like new. Of course I bought the book for the meatballs recipe. Thumbs up from the family. Sorted!

Disappointing thought there should be more traditional Swedish recipes especially in the dessert section.

Great cookery book with some interesting ideas .Looking forward to trying something different .Now known as the Swedish chef not a muppet.
